EMS – City/County EMS Organizations

Many City and County organizations are being asked to do “More with Less”.  Budgets are constrained, personnel are stretched, and expectations for Services keep increasing in spite of operational realities.

EMS Directors know that they could accomplish more if they had access to different tools and had greater resources available to them – potentially even creating new revenue streams.  Unfortunately they are in a classic “Chicken & Egg” situation… they can’t create new Revenue without additional Resources, and they can’t pay for new Resources without additional/new Revenue.

Rural Health Resources would like to partner with the right rural EMS organizations to prove out a new business model that can contribute positive bottom line impact – and generate greater public good will for City / County funded EMS organizations.
